Is Smart Account available today?
Not yet — we're building it now. Get in touch and we'll walk you through what's coming and keep you posted. Until then, our team handles licences, downloads and device setup directly.
Where do my credentials actually live?
In the wallet on your own device — Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or a custom wallet. Smart Account doesn't hold your credentials; it's where you manage your access to the platform and, for organisations, what you issue and operate.
Do people need a Smart Account to present a credential?
No. Presenting and verifying work directly between the wallet on their phone and the verifier — even fully offline. Smart Account is never a requirement for the person at the counter.
What's the difference between individual and organisation accounts?
Individuals use Smart Account to manage their own credentials and sharing. Organisations get the operational side too — devices, licences, firmware, API keys and downloads for everything they operate.
Does Smart Account cover all Smart Solutions products?
That's the goal — one account to manage credentials and access across the platform: digital identity verification, AI OCR, face recognition and the issuer tools, plus the resources that support them.
